Our current programs include both small groups (Connection Groups) and larger events such as conferences, retreats and involvement in LEAD (Leadership Enrichment and Development). A Call to Authenticity...

Leading with Nothing to Hide... Nothing to Prove and Nothing to Lose

Today's world is filled with the artificial. Spiritual and emotional masks often keep people from sharing their true selves with others. Yet God calls believers to find their identity in Him, remove the artificial façade and behaviors, and discover the joy of living a life that exhibits authenticity. You are invited to join us for a workshop that explores the freedom we can experience when we live with nothing to hide... nothing to prove... and nothing in lose.

Jesus' Model:  Leading with Powerful Questions

To be more effective as women ministry leaders, coaches or soul friends, it is important to learn from Jesus and make His approach relevant to the people you serve.  One of His most effective means of touching the heart, provoking deep thought, and changing lives was through asking powerful questions, such as, "What do you want me to do for you?"  Building upon Jesus' example, this session will focus on a "coach approach" to ministry and the nature and value of powerful questions for deepening the learning of individuals and church groups.  We will specifically focus on how a shift in what we ask can lead to changed outcomes... transforming both the impact of our ministries and the "stories" of people we serve for Kingdom results.
