The most neglected specialized group in the Christian community is its leaders! CRISTA Women’s Ministries sees the need and desires to invest in leaders through effective leadership training, on-going personal support and encouragement.

Training and coaching challenges leaders to grow and develop the spiritual muscles of mind and heart that allow them to fulfill the legacy of leadership. Your partnership in supporting ministry leaders will help us fulfill our call to “equip the saints for works of service.” Ephesians 4:11-12

CRISTA Women’s Ministries needs the help of individual donors, businesses, foundations and churches as we invest in the lives of ministry leaders throughout the Pacific Northwest. The ways to support this ministry are as varied as our donors and supporters. You can help to underwrite the costs to train a leader through a one-time gift, a monthly pledge or a planned gift to CRISTA Women’s Ministries.  You can also support this ministry by volunteering at an event, hosting a workshop or event or by being an advocate.

But most importantly, you can pray. Please pray for the ministry leaders we serve and for the Lord’s continued wisdom and guidance as we seek to provide Biblical training through effective workshops, conferences and events that assist ministry leaders in meeting the contemporary challenges of today.
